Sales support and customer management specialist - Milton, United States - Zenith Innovations
Description
What can you expect?
- You will process and follow up on customer inquiries
- You will create calculations and quotes and handle orders from start to finish, from order receipt to delivery
- You will work closely with our sales colleagues and support them, acting as a liaison between customers and our internal departments and documenting communication in our CRM system (Salesforce)
What should you bring?
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have enthusiasm for the potentially new field in IT
- You ideally have first professional experience in the field of sales support or a similar position and/or in a manufacturing company
- You are a flexible and independent team player, open to new challenges, motivated and not afraid to actively contact customers
- You possess organizational talent with a strong customer/service orientation, a creative mind, improvisational skills, an eye for detail, and good knowledge of relevant office tools as well as very good German and good English skills
