- Will become a "visual" representative of the Company to the community. Attend Chamber functions and become active in other community events.
- Will prepare and coordinate all ads and recruitment ideas for this branch.
- Will recruit, interview, orientate, drug test, and place potential applicants in open job orders for this branch.
- Will attend job fairs. Will develop close relationships with local colleges and network with other potential recruitment sources to help recruit potential applicants.
- Will be the company advocate for client/employee relationships for this branch. Handle conflict and problem resolution according to the company's business principles and any applicable federal/state laws.
- Will become a "specialist" with the Staff Suite software and maintain efficiency and utilization of this product.
- Will work, and fully cooperates with, the corporate staff, ensuring the accuracy ofemployee's pay and clients' billing and appropriate privacy protections for employee records containing personal, identifying information.
- Will work with Owners on setting priorities and incentives for goal reaching and have accountability to the Owners on meeting these goals.
- Will manage all service staff at this branch. Hires, trains, and manages additional staff, upon approval and as needed or requested.
- Provides regular, punctual attendance at work and sets an appropriate example for other employees regarding the same.
- Will become a Certified Staffing Professional. (ASA certification)
- Performs other job duties as assigned, or as requested.
- Will enjoy the in the position....prepare and adapt to change and fast-paced environment.
