Senior HR Generalist (m/f/d) - independently act in a dynamic, international HR team at Marshallville

As the HR contact at the location, you will support managers and employees in all personnel-related matters. You promote an employee-centered, modern corporate culture and provide the best possible support in People & Organization topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Independent support of the department with nearly 200 employees in all personnel-related topics
  • Support in the recruiting and onboarding process as well as in talent/performance management issues
  • Close collaboration with HR colleagues in expert teams at an international level
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and projects
  • Operational HR tasks such as contract creation, master data maintenance, and payroll control

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in operational personnel management along the employee life cycle
  • Enjoyment of a modern, international, and dynamic environment; fluent in German and English
  • Modern understanding of the HR area as a driver of P&O or cultural topics
  • High affinity for digitization and continuous process optimization
  • Sound knowledge of German labor, wage tax, and social security law
