Job Duties:

Minimum job duties include the following:

  • Assist in planning, assessing, and monitoring platform and environment to meet performance and availability metrics.
  • Support technical and engineeringrelated components for compliance and cybersecurity.
  • Support technical and engineeringrelated components for compliance and cybersecurity.
  • Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior personnel.
  • Demonstrate foundational knowledge in network protocols, security, routing, switching, and firewall technologies, server OS, enterprise storage and backup, and virtualization.
  • Assist in configuring and implementing virtual and physical server environments.
  • Produce quality written and verbal communications/presentations to business areas and senior leadership.
  • Participate in technical and/or project support for small projects.
  • Actively engage in training and skill development, documenting actions performed to provide an auditable record.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Experience:


  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies and familiarity with networking equipment and protocols.
  • Ability to pass a background check due to the confidential, sensitive nature of information handled.

Education:
Recent graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.


Physical demands:
Able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
