- Assist with drafting and designing people related communications. This will include branding assets for external sites and internal, such as the intranet.
- Review existing channels, collateral, and communication metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with various functions in the HR and Development division to learn about people strategy and related topics.

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources, business administration, communications, graphic art, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and ability to effectively work with different stakeholders and teams.

About the Job:Sandy Spring Bank is currently recruiting for an Human Resources Intern. Under direct supervision, the intern represents the company in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner at all times. Intern will be exposed to all areas of the Human Resources and Development Division. Primary projects will include work with people communications. This may include planning, developing, designing, and implementing activities and initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and branding. Periodically, intern will assist with special projects and internal meetings.
