- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the month-end close process and reconcile financial accounts.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to track project costs and ensure profitability.
- Support audits and regulatory compliance efforts as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with construction industry experience highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
