Description

We are currently seeking experienced and knowledgeable Foreman for residential solar installations. Experience is a must have along with references. Foreman are responsible for the entire installation. They must have extensive instal knowledge for both the Electrical and roofing aspects of the job. We primarily work with Enphase and Eco Fasten products.

We have a KW based pay which gives the opportunity to make upwards of $50-$60 per hour depending on the job.

Quality is a major aspect of this job and we will hold our installers to high standards.

Requirements:

• Experience with leading and developing team members
• Experience assembling and mounting AC electric equipment.
• Working with a variety of electric materials and components.
• Bending and installing EMT conduit
• Responsible for directing the crew to their tasks and keeping the jobs moving forward.
• Meeting at our Wharehouse and loading up the materials needed for the jobs.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, batteries, and other similar roofing and electrical equipment
• Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Capable of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs; and performing repetitive duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time

Pay:
$ $50.00 per hour

Experience:

Solar Technicians: 3 years (required)

• Electrical wiring: 3 years (required)
• Solar installation: 3 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Freehold, NJ 07728: Relocate before starting work (required)
