    Description
    Summary/Objective:

    The Project Manager plays a crucial role in the Information Technology (IT) field, overseeing various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience. Collaborating with stakeholders, the Project Manager directs project workplans, leads Agile Scrum meetings, and addresses team issues. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, developing user stories, conducting test plans, maintaining documentation, and reporting progress.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Performing project analysis, development, implementation, and documentation
    • Directing resources and overseeing project work plans
    • Preparing a variety of project documentation
    • Delivering project status presentations to stakeholders
    • Collaborating with application owners on project requirements and testing
    • Documenting defects and utilizing analysis tools for business processes representation
    • Applying testing best practices and Agile project management methodologies
    • Providing on-call support as required
    • Other duties as assigned by the Vice-President of Systems & Technology

    Requirements:
    • 4 years of experience in managing project resources and communicating with technical and non-technical audiences
    • Proficiency in facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and developing project documentation
    • Experience in Agile software development, written/oral presentations, test plans execution, and Microsoft Office Suite

    Competencies:
    • Efficiently managing project resources and executing work plans
    • Communicating complex technical topics in a clear manner
    • Developing project documentation effectively
    • Managing software projects through Agile methodology
    • Coordinating test plans and user acceptance testing

    Work Environment:
    This position operates in a professional office environment, primarily involving computer equipment usage and office machines.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
    This full-time role requires Monday to Friday availability.

    Travel:
    Minimal to no travel anticipated.

    Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
    Performs additional assigned duties.
