    Job Title: Workday Technical Lead at The Squires Group, Inc.



    Overview


    Join a major Federal Government initiative to implement Workday Shared Services. As the **Workday Technical Lead**, you will play a crucial role in helping government agencies revolutionize their HR Services. Prior experience with Workday Extend is essential.

    This position, based in Washington, DC, involves a blend of remote and onsite work. Candidates need to be U.S. Citizens capable of attaining a Secret Clearance (and eligible for Top Secret clearance as per the Federal Government contract).

    Qualifications

    • Federal HCM ERP implementation background coupled with Workday HCM implementation experience or a history of large-scale (over 150K employees) commercial Workday HCM implementations
    • Hands-on involvement in at least 5 ERP/Workday projects, including 2 complete implementations in a technical leadership capacity (e.g., technical architect) – Workday deployment experience is a must.
    • Minimum of 3 years of expertise in:
      • Guiding the technical design and execution of Workday projects
      • Overseeing intricate enterprise system migration ventures
      • Detailed familiarity with Workday Extend, Integrations, Security, and Reporting
    • At least 5 years of experience in:
      • Serving in technical roles linked to HCM or ERP system deployments
      • Analyzing business requirements
      • Leading teams
    • Per the Federal Government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens eligible for a Secret Clearance (and able to obtain a Top Secret clearance).
