Architectural Draftsperson*

You have the choice between two specializations: building construction and civil engineering.

In the building construction specialization, you will plan and execute architectural buildings, schools, and other public facilities.

In the civil engineering specialization, the focus is on civil engineering, as well as road and landscape construction.

You will learn how to implement design sketches and create construction and execution drawings, become familiar with different building materials, components, and construction methods, and plan and coordinate construction processes.

Training Content

You will learn how to implement design sketches and create construction and execution drawings, become familiar with different building materials, components, and construction methods, and plan and coordinate construction processes.

Requirements

Recommended education level:
High school diploma or equivalent

Start and Duration of Training

The training starts annually on September 1st and lasts for 3 years.

Dual training at the Office for Civil Engineering and Mobility or at the Building Department, at the Vocational School Center
