Job Summary/Responsibilities:
Consistently process and weigh raw materials, hang sausage in preparation for cooking, and packaging for retail.

• Weigh ingredients and dump into grinder, according to Tallent Sausage recipes
• Hang raw sausage onto trucks to be cooked
• Package cooked sausage according to specified packaging list
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to work effectively in refrigerated/cooler environment

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 60+ pounds repetitively
• Stand up to 8 hours
• Exposure to wet and cold environments
• Roll and push carts that weigh approximately 1,000 pounds
• Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop throughout shift
