*Job Description: We are currently seeking highly-qualified ABA therapists and RBTs to work with our great families and children. Behavior Technicians provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Work is performed in the client's home and school settings.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct ABA service according to the educational plan outlined by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
• Record data on skill acquisition goals
• Implement schedules of reinforcement
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments
• Implementation of Behavior Plans created by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
• Assist in program development
• Complete daily paperwork including session notes and timesheets
• Collaborate with family and school team members to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals in the environment
• Record session data daily
• Assist in measuring behavior

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 1 year working with children aged 218 in a supervised setting
• Minimum of one year of ABA experience (preferred)
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (highly preferred)
• Patient, professional, and caring
• Excellent communication skills with children, family members, and supervisor
