Description
Your mission with Russell, GA:
- Your main objective is to define and contribute to our tooling strategy by evaluating existing and future tools.
- You will act as an expert for the maintenance and iterative development of our customer service tools, such as Zendesk, Chatbot, FAQ, and internal database.
- Your role will involve identifying the needs of stakeholders and finding suitable solutions in Zendesk or other tools.
- You will be responsible for solving technical problems while considering IT governance, legal aspects, customer support staff, customers, and cost/time considerations.
- Working closely with our customer service team, you will identify tooling challenges and develop solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- You will organize and prioritize feature implementation and team requests.
- Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction and support efficiency by identifying technical issues and developing ways to solve them.
- You will continuously find creative ways to automate and optimize our processes.
- In a "datadriven" environment, you will work on the continuous improvement of customer service, FAQ, and other content.
Your profile with Russell, GA:
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in a fastpaced, rapidly evolving call center environment.
- You have at least 1 year of experience with Zendesk.
- You have a holistic understanding of the processes and challenges of companies in customer service.
- You have technical understanding and experience in operating and administering software, with a specific focus on CRM solutions (e.g. Zend
