Job Summary:
Help at Home Senior Care Santa Rosa is seeking experienced caregivers to join our team to provide in-care for a number of local seniors in the community requesting afternoon shifts 12pm-5pm.
As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing daily assistance and support to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
This position offers a competitive salary of $25 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily activities including personal care.
- Assist with meal preparation and planning.
- Medication reminders according to care plan and document any changes or concerns.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client care and progress
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a caregiver or in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions is a plus
