For our client, an international company in the electronics industry based in Munich, we are currently looking for a:

Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with internal and external contacts
  • Receiving and processing service inquiries
  • Telephone and written customer support
  • Resolving escalation cases in a solutionoriented manner
  • Independent handling of insurance claims
  • Review and forwarding of invoices
  • Data entry and analysis
  • Ticket processing and distribution
  • Gathering information on products, deliveries, and credits
  • Contact person for workshops in case of problems related to repairs or spare parts
  • Preparation and forwarding of product liability cases to the insurance company

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial education
  • Ideally, professional experience in the field of consumer electronics and/or household technology, as well as knowledge in quality management and product testing
  • Interest in the latest and complex technologies
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Communication skills and persuasive abilities
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
