We're looking for a **Lighting Sales Professional** for our **Boca Raton, FL** location. This role is perfect for ambitious and driven individuals who enjoy working in a high-performance environment and have an eye for interior design.

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**

Consult with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, builders, and designers to assist in the purchase of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, accent furniture, and other home dcor.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond ensuring an exceptional customer experience, return customers and referrals.

Establish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts.

Strong sales skills and ability to enhance product knowledge to become a subject matter expert.

Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to develop these abilities.

Additional duties as required.

Requirements

Strong computer skills and strong multi-tasking skills.

Successful sales track record in consultative selling environments

Two (2) year of previous retail sales experience or related experience preferred.

Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
