Al Piemonte Chevy is seeking an Experiences Service BDC agent - FULL TIME
Our growing Service Department is looking for positive attitude well-spoken individuals to professionally care for our customers by responding to the internet, phone, manifest, social media, and text inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set, confirm and remind customers of service appointments
- Answer customers questions regarding service of their vehicle
- Navigate the CRM tool used for storing customer data
- Strong team player
- Great customer service skills
- Create and maintain customer relationships
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
