Summary of Position

Roles and Responsibilities

Job duties include, although are not limited to:_
Oversee the daytoday operations of the bar, ensuring impeccable service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Collaborate with the beverage team to develop innovative and enticing drink menus that align with the Maybourne's luxury brand.
Provide warm and engaging service to guests, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the bar.
Anticipate guest preferences and tailor recommendations to enhance their overall experience.
Ensure that guest inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and with the highest level of professionalism.
Effectively manage and resolve guest concerns or issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory solutions.
Utilize feedback to continuously improve and enhance the guest experience.
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of bartenders and bar colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development.
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure colleagues are wellversed in mixology techniques and product knowledge.
Stay abreast of industry trends, continuously introducing innovative and seasonal elements to the bar program.
Ensure the highest quality of ingredients and presentation in all beverages served.
Conduct regular tastings and evaluations to maintain consistency and excellence in the bar offerings.
Oversee bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels.
Implement costcontrol measures to optimize beveragerelated expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a luxury bar or lounge setting.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on team development.
Exceptional knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and upscale bar service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred).
Minimum of [23] years of progressive experience in bartending and bar management.
Relevant certifications in mixology or bartending preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift
