- Overall responsibility for "top" key accounts in the European automotive industry
- Futureoriented development and expansion of individual key accounts
- Management of a key account team with a perspective of 810 employees
- Sales responsibility for the entire product portfolio of Felsomat
- Strategic development of the department to establish a futureoriented direction and longterm successful business relationships in light of current market challenges
- Development of wellfounded, sustainable, and systematic sales programs and concepts to increase customer loyalty
- Structuring and management of efficient workflows in the entire key account organization
- Creation of customer strategy as part of overall sales planning, annual meetings, and implementation of brand strategies, as well as achieving sales, revenue,
