Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the construction site management of major projects (Terminal 3 at Fraport AG) for the electrical engineering trades
  • You control and monitor the construction process on site
  • You check the scope of services owed, create measurements and identify deviations for additional services
  • You ensure adherence to deadlines, cost control and quality control on the construction site
  • You coordinate and communicate with neighboring trades
  • You supervise and assign assembly personnel and subcontractors
  • Technical processing and participation in on-site construction meetings in cooperation with the project manager

What you should bring:

  • You are an engineer, bachelor/master, technician, master electrician or have a comparable qualification
  • You ideally have professional experience and are familiar with the processes of an engineering office
  • You are willing to take on responsibility
  • You are proficient in using MS Office
  • Very good German language skills, at least C1 level
