Your Job Purpose:

As a Mechanical Technician working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Semiconductor sector. This job is based in a state-of-the-art global facility in Chandler, Arizona.

The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for sustaining operations, periodic maintenance and technical support on mechanical equipment and systems.


Your Job Description:


  • Monitor functionality of mechanical equipment, systems and alarms.
  • Monitor systems to verify that they are within client specifications.
  • Systems / Plant include:
  • Chillers, Boilers / Steam generation & distribution, Cleanroom Air Handlers, Air Compressors, Exhaust systems/fans, Scrubbers, RCTLs, Heat Exchangers & Centrifugal pumps
  • Execution of sustaining plant operations including the following tasks:
  • Plant rotations
  • Coordination of planned outages
  • Monitoring of mechanical systems via the site BMS to ensure environmental compliance and equipment operational parameters are maintained
  • Reporting of issues and effective communication to operations management
  • Troubleshooting of systems utilizing HMI historical trends and event data
  • Coordination of both corrective and preventative maintenance of equipment & systems
  • Working with SCADA systems

Job Requirements:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates of Arts or Science degree in related Technology, Military service of work experience or any equivalent degree.
  • 1+ Years' Experience with flows, pumps, valves and piping systems. Ability to troubleshoot operational problems in these systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Maximo and ICMTL, SPEED a plus.
  • 1+ years' experience in industrial waste treatment systems
  • 3+ years of experience with industrial mechanical systems operations and/or vibration analysis a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience role modeling safety behaviors and influencing team members

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift
  • Rotating weekends
