Our client is one of the largest industrial companies in Europe with a total of four locations.


Your future responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for personnel management and payroll with a team of 5 HR business partners at 2 locations in the greater Magdeburg area
  • Advising management, executives, and employees on all personnelrelated matters
  • Support in personnel recruitment measures
  • Responsibility for personnel planning and development topics
  • Collaboration with the works council
  • Occupational health and reintegration management
  • Personnel cost planning and preparation of evaluations and statistics

What sets you apart?:


  • Completed degree in human resources or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the HR department of an industrial company
  • Indepth knowledge of operational personnel work as well as labor, tax, and social security law
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office tools
  • Competent appearance, discretion, and a high level of selfmotivation and handson mentality
  • Very good English skills
