    Job Summary:


    As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards set by the kitchen.

    You will work under the supervision of the head chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared promptly and according to menu specifications.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment.
    • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team.
    • Understanding and adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
    • Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
    • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
    • Ensure that food is prepared and presented in accordance with the established recipes and quality standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
    • Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
    • Monitor food stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
    • Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
