Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
- Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruiting measures
- Coordinate with the scheduling manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements
- Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
- Process and track applicant job submissions
- Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets, create job advertisements
- Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruiting
- Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
- Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upperlevel management
- Performing employee reviews and assessments
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
- Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional recruiting experience in a service industry, with at least two years in a supervisory role
- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) practices
- Understanding of fair employment practices
- Exceptional work ethic
- Exemplary communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Excel

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
