Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of math, retail math, and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall dining experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures
- Familiarity with banquet or catering services is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
