This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities:

Front Desk: Greet clients, check them in for appointments, and maintain a clean and organized reception area. Ensure accurate updating of patient records and monitor inventory levels.

Financial Duties: Handle invoicing processes, verify charges, and follow up on outstanding payments. Contact clients for overdue balances and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with management.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for consultations, procedures, and follow-up visits. Manage the clinic's appointment calendar to optimize resource utilization.

Medical Records Management: Maintain electronic and physical patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist veterinarians in accessing patient information during appointments.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, large animal experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in veterinary practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and clients, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
