- Customer Consultation: Assess clients' HVAC and home energy needs, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions.
- Generating Sales Leads: Pursue self-generated referrals, marketed leads, tech turn leads, and training visits.
- Quotation and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations showcasing product value proposition.
- Financing Options: Present and explain financing choices to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, address concerns, and close sales deals.
- Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with teams to ensure project execution and provide support.
- Weekly/Daily team collaborations.
- Minimum of 2 years in-home sales experience.
- Proven HVAC sales or related field experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry trends.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sales/service industry software a plus.
- Passing of mandatory pre-employment screenings.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
