Description
This position is responsible with a variety of daily administrative duties in the areas of: Recruiting, Human Resource & Safety.
Works intimately with the Operations Manager and other departments of the company. Their goal is to both provide optimal customer support and achieve company goals.Essential Job Functions:
Communication:
Communicate daily with potential applicants, 3rd party providers, office staff, remote employees, upper management & owners.
Recruiting:
Project a positive and professional demeanor over the phone and in person to promote companies from beginning or recruiting to end of employment.
Auditing:
maintain accuracy and attention to detail in various programs & systems.
Safety:
Create, track, and monitor safety; safety committee items, safety program, safety files
Confidentiality:
Handle discrete information related to employee relations, changes in the organization, performances, appraisals, confidential information issues, and other sensitive HR-related matters.
Required:
Minimum of six (6) months experience in Customer Service
Must be at least 18 years or older
