Relief Mental Health was founded in February of 2020. Within these 4 years we have expanded to 10 new offices across Illinois, Wisconsin, and New Jersey.
We aim to create a new standard for mental health care, offering a continuum of innovative therapeutic interventions and responding to evolving patient needs.
Position Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT upgrade project
- Work with various systems to crossfunctionally integrate
- Intake, coordination, and prioritization of IT requests
- Work with software vendors to provide support for software
- Document and maintain detail on all company IT infrastructure and thirdparty software programs
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes to identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Manages hardware and software installations and upgrades
- Maintains information systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating employees
- Assist in budgeting for clinical IT projects and help reduce expenses across locations
- Maintain portfolio of domain names including keeping web domains active, registered, stable and secure from threats
- Act as a liaison between corporate operations, clinical team, and IT
- Recommend solutions that align with corporate technological policies, strategies, and initiatives
- Work with Corporate to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinic locations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 23 years of work experience desired
- 2+ years of experience in IT administration
- Experience preferred in healthcare or similar industry
- Strong critical thinking, analytic reasoning, and creative problemsolving skills
- Analytical ability to resolve challenges with permanent and temporary solutions
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
- The person in this position frequently communicates and collaborates with coworkers in the office
- Frequent keyboarding/use of computer for data entry
Technical Skills:
- Experience administering Azure and Google Suite required
- Experience with system integrations
