The Municipality of Allmendingen (approx. 4,700 inhabitants), in partnership with the Municipality of Altheim (approx.

650 inhabitants), is seeking to fill the following permanent full-time position as soon as possible:

Deputy Treasurer (m, w, d)

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting cash transactions (managing cash reserves, processing payments and bookkeeping)
Preparing daily financial statements
Assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements
Managing debt collection and enforcement
Determining deferrals, writeoffs and waivers
Filing VAT returns
Recording state financial allocations
Recording interest and loan repayments

Changes to the job duties may occur.

Requirements:

Training in middlelevel administration, as a public administration specialist or a comparable commercial education
Knowledge of finance and law in local government, ideally in the area of treasury management
Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications and ideally in the financial software "Infoma"
Teamwork, commitment, flexibility and resilience
Independent, conscientious and goaloriented work ethic
