**Essential Functions:**
Assign associates to designated areas to meet outbound productivity demands
Supervise associates to ensure compliance with company policies, state, and federal laws
Collaborate with management to evaluate associate performance and coordinate training as necessary
Oversee warehouse associates to ensure inbound process is adhered to and efficient
Communicate attendance issues and policy violations with Outbound Operations Manager
Facilitate pre-shift safety brief and performance stretching/warm-up exercises
Liaison between warehouse associates and Dock Manager
Resolve workplace disputes
Work closely with Outbound managers to coordinate shipment details
Effectively communicate with fellow associates, host management, carriers, vendors and FHI leadership
**Requirements:**
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be bilingual for effective communication with associates
Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
Efficient in fast paced environments
Dependable and reliable, good time management skills
Available to work overtime when needed, may be asked to work holidays as well
Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
**Work Environment:**
Warehouse environment with extreme heat and cold temperatures.
**Physical Demands**:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to twist, pull, push, and stand for extended periods of time
