You will be responsible for the financial accounting of our company group:

• Recording, classifying and posting of incoming invoices
• Evaluating and ensuring the correct VAT registration of incoming invoices
• Reconciliation and clarification of accounts with suppliers
• Payment transactions
• Maintenance of master data
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Performing general booking activities
• Participation in the preparation and follow-up of payroll

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Team-oriented personality with a structured, precise and reliable way of working
