    Description
    Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

    We are actively seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for full-time positions within school districts in the Henderson, NC area. We are dedicated to matching qualified professionals with rewarding career opportunities in education.

    Requirements:

    • Must meet all local and state requirements for Occupational Therapist licensure in North Carolina, including:
      • Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy
      • Completion of a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
      • Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination
    • Experience working in educational settings is preferred but not required
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
    • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to students

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, including interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement strategies that support students' academic and functional goals
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
