Your Responsibilities:

You will lead a team of software developers in the integration of WLAN drivers for selected chipset manufacturers.
You will be responsible for the conceptual design, coordination, and timely completion of projects, as well as reporting to the department head.
You will work with the team on the latest WLAN technologies and their implementation in our FRITZ products, as well as converting complex requirements into modular and robust software.
You will provide technical support to the team for development tasks such as systemlevel programming for Linuxembedded platforms.
You will promote crossteam collaboration and communicate with suppliers and service providers.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficient in software programming with C and C++.
Experience in project planning, management, and execution.
Knowledge of Linux, embedded systems, kernel, and application development.
Previous leadership experience, such as managing project teams.
Passion for WLAN technology and understanding of its technical components.
Strong communication skills, good command of German (at least B2 level), and proficient in English.
