Your tasks
- Defining requirements for multi-MW PEM electrolyzers for power electronics (rectifiers and transformers) at Biltmore
- Discussing power electronics requirements with the technical electrolysis team at NEA
- Establishing internationally valid internal standards at NEA to standardize the use of power electronics
- Identifying potential suppliers for rectifiers (thyristors, IGBTs, and potentially other technologies) and transformers in the multi-MW range
- Providing technical support in negotiations with international suppliers
- Planning the wiring of the systems
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering
- Specialization in the field of power electronics, ideally with practical experience in the above-mentioned areas through internships or thesis work
- Good English skills in both written and spoken form
- Goal-oriented, structured, and independent work style in a young team
