Brookside 'Die Großstadtkinder GmbH' is a non-profit organization in the field of youth welfare, with the goal of not just providing youth welfare services, but taking it to a new level: with creative solutions, individually tailored support, and meaningful perspective planning.

Since 1994, we have been dedicated and motivated in providing residential, semi-residential, outpatient, and project-based support for children, adolescents, and their families.

We are currently seeking creative minds to join our outpatient team in Hamburg, who are able to find solutions instead of problems and apply innovative approaches instead of "more of the same".

We are looking for qualified social pedagogues and social workers (m/f/d) with a diploma, master's or bachelor's degree.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resource-oriented assessment of situations
  • Designing and accompanying support processes (process responsibility)
  • Solution-oriented work
  • Creative handling of challenges.
