Sales Representative
Job DescriptionAs a B2B Sales Representative at Silbar Security, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business clients in the Northern Virginia area. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive range of security solutions to businesses across various industries provided by Silbar Security. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities will be provided
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, door to door, networking, and referrals.
- Understand the security needs and challenges of prospective clients and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within target accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services. Once trained, you will negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong understanding of security technologies, systems, and solutions. Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Understand of Excel and or CRM to keep track of clients. Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
