Job Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team.
The Construction Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of construction projects.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate project records
- File and organize project documents
- Provide administrative support to the construction team
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with general office management duties
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with construction processes and terminology is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and customer service principles
Note:
All positions at our company are paid, including internships.
Pay:
From $19.60 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
