Job Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team.

The Construction Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of construction projects.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate project records
  • File and organize project documents
  • Provide administrative support to the construction team
  • Assist with order entry and inventory management
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist with general office management duties

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with construction processes and terminology is a plus
  • Knowledge of phone systems and customer service principles

Note:
All positions at our company are paid, including internships.


Pay:
From $19.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
