Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a WMS Implementation and Supply Chain Analyst.

In this role, you will take the lead in upgrading existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with their current supply chain framework.

Additionally, you will provide vital support to our distribution center by conducting thorough reporting and analysis of our supply chain processes.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 35 years of experience with WMS implementation
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution
  • Proven project implementation experience

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct WMS testing across RF and browser platforms
  • Actively participate in meetings to explore upgrade options
  • Identify and implement appropriate functions and alerts within the WMS
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement
  • Validate and create test scripts to ensure system functionality
  • Conduct NGS and Jasper validations
  • Manage Dematic integrations with the WMS
  • Potentially develop SOPs and create process documentation
  • Provide training and support during the implementation phase and golive
  • Perform lead time analysis and review inventory levels
  • Reconcile reports effectively

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Engage in ongoing education and training initiatives as required
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in supply chain operations and WMS implementation
  • Indepth understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
  • Demonstrated project management expertise
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency with WMS systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Capacity to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Quick adaptability to learning and executing primary job duties within the adjustment period
  • Ability to function as an integral part of a team while adhering to specific instructions

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
