Description

Do you have experience with Heavy Duty Equipment? Do you enjoy servicing customers and building long-term relationships with customers? Our client in the Green Bay area is looking to find a knowledgeable Service Advisor to join their company.

They also offer a fantastic Health Benefits Package Responsibilities:
Greet customers and schedule service appointments
Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
Explain repairs to customers
Work with customers at the counter and on the phone
Listen to the customer descriptions of symptoms and clarify problems
Discuss service requests and deadlines
Administer shop planning and scheduling of work and assign work to technicians
Get approvals to move forward with the service
Monitor repair work to determine if the repairs will be completed by the deadlines and inform customer
Update the computer and verify the work requested/experienced/approved was completed before the customer returns and update in the system
Process warranty work
Help with parts and any other support areas as needed Benefits: Small company where everyone is like a family

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm Length: Temporary to Hire, possibly

Direct Hire Pay:
$18/hour-$25.

Heavy duty equipment experience required
Must have an understanding of tractor, trailer and/or auto maintenance, repairs and parts terminology
Experience in as a Service Coordinator or Service Advisor is a plus
