Project Manager Digitalization (m/f/d)

The IPB is an internationally renowned research institution consisting of four scientific departments, independent junior research groups, and the Administration and Infrastructure department.

You will work in a highly diverse field of activity in a modern and well-connected department (approx. 40 employees).

The institute is characterized by an open working atmosphere and communication, short decision-making processes, flexible working hours, and extensive training opportunities.


Your tasks

  • Development, implementation, and further development of a crossdepartmental digitalization strategy (roadmap)
  • Identification, optimization, and standardization of business processes
  • Identification of necessary interfaces between existing tools
  • Evaluation, decisionmaking, implementation, and monitoring of tools for further digitalization projects

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed university or technical college degree in computer science, business informatics, information systems engineering, or equivalent qualifications, skills, and/or experience
  • Excellent knowledge and practical
