Advise leadership, project managers, and technical/functional subject matter experts, and plans overall approach to meet contract program objectives for a wide range of programs or systems, which often involve emerging rapid acquisition processes, span multiple years or involve successive program stages; manage Directorate Annual Execution Review and Services Requirement Review Board process.

• Leads continuing efforts to execute post-award contract performance management actions on assigned contracts.
• Guides, evaluates, and facilitates procurement of complex and/or diversified services and/or commodities.
• Serves as an expert business advisor to a wide range of customers, making substantive contributions to special projects/initiatives and performs special assignments.
