As a Store Supervisor (m/f/d) at Levi Strauss & Co.

at Penn State Berks, PA, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated.

You will be the essential interface between our products and customers, as well as supporting and developing our stylists.


Key components of the position:

  • Support and, if necessary, represent the Store Management Team in achieving KPIs and identifying profit opportunities
  • Set personal, daily, and weekly sales goals for the store team to improve store performance
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance by conducting reports and notifying the management team
  • Support store operations such as inventory management, payroll, and scheduling
  • Assist customers throughout their visit by providing excellent individual customer service and ensuring the customer comes first
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product education
