Our devices, made in Germany, are typically used in microbiological laboratories in research facilities, universities, quality control in the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as in destruction sterilization, for example in the field of medical diagnostics.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing inquiries and orders from international customers and distributors
  • Communication with customers and distributors via phone and email
  • Preparation of export and customs documents
  • Organizing shipments
  • Monitoring deadlines and controlling order status
  • Invoicing and invoice control
  • Documenting order volume
  • Procurement of orderrelated items (external orders)

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education and experience in sales
  • Export knowledge required
  • Proficiency in common office applications
  • Fluent in German and English, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, persuasiveness, and teamwork
