**Our Life & Health Account Representative will be held accountable for:**

Excellent Customer Service Skills
Service existing accounts, including phone calls and in-office visits.
Prepare & market insurance quotes and proposals for assigned accounts.
Process and complete insurance applications, enrollments, change request and terminations as needed.
Process renewals for carriers and update the management systems for assigned accounts.
Review new products of new and existing companies.
Work monthly expiration lists for assigned lines of business.
Shop increasing renewals with multiple carriers as needed.
Update activities on customers electronic file as needed in the management system.
Attend various training and educational seminars as requested by management.
**Ideal candidates for the role will include:**
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience preferred.
Appropriate insurance licensing preferred.
