    Senior Quality Engineer

    As a Senior Quality Engineer, need to act with safety, efficiency, quality and productivity to assure that products and systems meet stated requirements. Employs various test protocols and applies standards to ensure quality.

    This position reports to

    Quality Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Develop and implement Project Quality Plan for assigned jobs, Perform Structural, Mechanical and Electrical In-Process inspections of the eHouses at the vendors location
    • Identify quality defects or non-conformance issues, generate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) to the vendors and lead the closure of open quality issues on projects
    • Co-ordinate and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests at the factories and ensure product conformance to specifications and approved design drawings
    • Co-ordinate Integrated Factory Acceptance Tests with customer, suppliers, and internal stake holders at the eHouse vendors, lead resolution of punch list elements prior to shipment
    • Ensure that established quality procedures are adhered to during the project lifecycle, and all checklists are signed off prior to the shipment release of the eHouses
    • Develop Safety plan for the project and ensure the Safety and EHS processes are being followed by the ABB representatives, vendors & customers. Take the lead in documenting, investigating, and resolving any safety related issues during the project execution
    • Develop a cooperative relationship approach with the vendors ensuring that the ABB Quality standards are met
    • Attend customer job sites to address any quality claims submitted by the customer, and work with the project team and supplier to prepare action plans to address issues in a timely manner
    • Take pro-active measures based on lessons learned to prevent re-occurrence of potential issues that can affect smooth project execution
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in project execution or product design and communicate to the engineering team
    • Support the organization with maintaining ISO certification through strong adherence to established QMS
    • Perform new supplier qualification audits and routing audits of existing suppliers
    • Up to 50% domestic travel on short notice, limited international
    Your background
    • Bachelors of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or similar)
    • At least 3 years of field experience in Electrical Distribution industry
    • Minimum 5 plus years additional experience in Quality, manufacturing, Supply Chain, field services
    • Previous E-House including LV and MV equipment experience
    • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, MS Project, other project management tools
    • Fluent in English. Spanish Language is a Plus
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills: ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels in the organization and external contacts preferred
    • Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously
    • High energy level self-starter and self-driven
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and sense of urgency in dealing with tasks
    • Has a Customer Centric behavior, is able to deal with complex Customers (internal and external) and meet specific requirements when needed. Strives for achieving the Project goals and Customer satisfaction

      We are searching for a Surgical Technologist I - someone who works well in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this position, you'll handle instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure; and assist the physician while performing related patient care duties in an age appropriate manner as assigned by the circulating nurse (RN).

      Qualifications:

      •Educational program completion for surgical technologists which may include training programs for surgical technology in the army, navy, air force, marine corps, or coast guard of the United States or in the United States Public Health Service

      •Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by one of the following: National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting OR National Center for Competency Testing

      •Two (2) years of experience as a surgical technologist and has experience in two or more surgical specialties

      •Knowledge of a wide variety of instrumentation, equipment, supplies, and surgical procedures particular to an operating room

      •Ability to communicate effectively, be attentive, and anticipate the needs of the surgeon

      •Ability to operate sterilizers, microscopes, and surgical equipment related to surgical specialties, i.e., fiberoptic equipment, electrocautery unit, suction machines, orthopedic tourniquets, air powered equipment

      •Ability to demonstrate an understanding and commitment to meeting customer needs

      Responsibilities:

      •Performs patient care related duties

      •Prepares O.R. equipment and supplies while performing patient care related duties in an age appropriate manner

      •Demonstrates effective time management skills

      •Cares for one or more of the following age groups routinely: Neonates, Infants, Toddler, Preschool Age, School Age, Adolescent, and Adult patients

      Job Summary:
      The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team to achieve all company goals and initiatives. The Sales Associate will model and maintain excellent customer service with effective communication, product knowledge, and appropriate selling techniques. The Sales Associate will maintain company standards of all merchandise presentation, replenishment, and sizing while maintaining a new and clean store and backroom.
      Responsibilities:

      Key Accountabilities:
      • Be aware of customer activity and respond with a sense of urgency, prioritizing assisting customers over other tasks
      • Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service
      • Effectively communicate value and quality of our merchandise while sharing our current promotions and offer solutions for "out of stock" items when necessary
      • Exercise sound judgment in effectively addressing customer concerns
      • Demonstrate the appropriate level of selling skills to positively impact conversion
      • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the cashwrap while educating customers on the benefit of the PLACE Card
      • Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure that all sizes and styles are represented
      • Follow company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display
      • Support and maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom while adhering to a customer ready environment, and adhering to safety requirements
      • Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standard
      • Guarantee company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures
      • Inform Store Leadership Team of maintenance and facility needs promptly to ensure that customers and associates are provided a clean and safe environment
      • Contribute focused, well-managed efforts towards achievement of store goals
      • Exhibit flexibility by processing stock when necessary
      Education and Experience:
      • High School diploma or equivalent
      • Previous retail experience preferred
      • Must be at least 18 years of age
      Skills and Behaviors:
      • Excellent customer engagement
      • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
      • Ability to work in team environment
      • Must be adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
      • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends, overnights, evenings, and call-in shifts
