Three IHK qualifications: Retail merchant*, trainer qualification (AdA)* and commercial specialist* (*m/f/d)
Exciting academy phases with subjects such as business organization, company law, personnel management or marketing
Exciting content and tasks through assignments in all departments of our garden center
Getting to know other garden centers in Germany or Austria as well as various departments of the service center in Rain am Lech
Friendly and courteous advice to our customers
Responsible market tasks such as cash management, ordering goods and monitoring the assortment
