What You Can Expect:

Ensuring the highest possible availability of all production equipment
Being the point of contact for maintenance, servicing, and repair of production equipment
Providing disciplinary and technical leadership to employees
Defining and establishing a spare parts management system
Implementing a structured maintenance management system; planning and scheduling maintenance work
Conducting error analyses
Actively participating in and supporting continuous improvement processes in production

Who You Are:

Completed training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or equivalent qualification with further training as a technician
Several years of professional experience in maintenance and initial leadership responsibility
Knowledge of robotics, PLC control techniques, and Labview would
