Your Responsibilities

  • You will work as a Senior Consultant Operation & Supply Chain in international teams on diverse and interesting projects in Germany and Europe.
  • You will analyze individual customer situations and identify and evaluate necessary action areas.
  • You will conduct detailed technical analyses and provide business assessments according to the project topic.
  • You will prepare decision-making situations for management: from detailed technical concepts to highly condensed top management presentations.
  • You will develop strategies and concepts in the technical field and implement them.

Your Profile

  • Education: Master/MBA or PhD with good to excellent performance in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Digitalization or a similar field; alternatively, proven ability to act at this level
  • Experience in a manufacturing company in the industrial goods sector and relevant experience in at least one of our focus industries
  • 1-3 years of experience in the industry, as well as the ambition to continue growing in project work and to learn about business approaches
  • Structured approach, analytical skills, and a high level of initiative
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Negotiation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (main location of activities is Düsseldorf;
