ELECTRA M&E Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of the globally operating ELECTRA M&E group based in Israel, has been present in the German market since 2020.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our subsidiary *EMMSA* as *Project Manager (m/f/d)* for *Technical Building Equipment in the field of ventilation technology* in *Hannover*.

Our clients at EMMSA can be found in the automotive sector, as well as in the public sector and large industrial companies.

We have also successfully satisfied the needs of private clients with our individual solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

With our extensive network, we are able to offer all trades of technical building equipment as a general contractor, avoiding interfaces and providing the client with a single point of contact.

Your responsibilities:

Independent technical project management for all trades
Reviewing subcontractor invoices
Leading the project team
Ensuring timely and budget-compliant project execution
Site and installation supervision
Handover of systems to the client

Your profile:

Degree in engineering (m/f/d) in building services or technician (m/f/d) in building services or relevant professional experience in the field of technical building equipment
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience in leading a team (m/f/d)
Strong communication skills and confident in negotiation situations
Goal-oriented and enthusiastic about new challenges
